Q. Do you supply the public?
A. No, we are a trade only supplier.
Q. What is your minimum order?
A. Our minimum order value is £100+VAT.
Q. What is your minimum carriage paid order value?
A. Our minimum carriage paid order is £250+VAT for UK mainland deliveries however some items can only practically be palletised, in this instance £500+VAT is our minimum carriage paid order.
For Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. All orders below this value are subject to a specific carriage charge which will be quoted after order completion.
Q. When do I Pay?
A. After we have received your order, your order will go out to our warehouse for picking. Once this has been completed we will contact you for payment via an email link or by phone and arrange delivery.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept all major debit and credit cards, with no additional charges for using a credit card. You can also pay via bank transfer (BACS).
Q. Why can I not pay on your website at time of order?
A. The reason we operate this way is because we do not believe in collecting your funds until your goods are physically sat there waiting for dispatch. Eliminating overpayment of unforeseen stock shortages.
Q. What are your current carriage charges?
A. For orders to UK mainland addresses, orders under £250 + VAT are subject to a £5.99 carriage charge per carton or £39 per pallet.
Q. What is the minimum quantity of an item that I can purchase.
A. Each item has its own minimum quantity stated at order.
Q. Do you have a catalogue or Price List.
A. No Sorry, our product range changes on a weekly basis so we do not produce printed catalogues or price lists.
Q. I do not currently have an account, How can I view the prices of your products?
A. You have to have been approved via the account application form to view prices.
Q. How do I become a customer?
A. Firstly, fill out the online account application form and a member of our team will contact you regarding your successful approval.
Q. I'm outside of the UK - can I still order?
A. Absolutely. For any paid carriage order, we can send your order to any freight forwarder in the UK of your choice for you to then arrange the delivery of your goods from them.
